Our goal was to create a secondary residence that felt at one with the existing home, the result was a custom one bedroom, one bath, 620 square foot accessory dwelling unit designed to fit seamlessly with an updated mid-century ranch. An open kitchen / living area and tall ceilings give the space an airy feeling in spite of the small footprint. Soft neutrals and natural materials compliment the style of the main house while catering to the ADU’s artistic resident.
